Sanjay Mehrotra became president and chief executive officer of SanDisk effective January 2011. He was appointed to the SanDisk board of directors in July 2010. Mehrotra co-founded SanDisk in 1988 and was appointed president and chief operating officer in June 2006. He previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, senior vice president of engineering, vice president of product development and director of memory design and product engineering.

Mehrotra has more than 30 years of experience in the non-volatile semiconductor memory industry, including engineering and management positions at SanDisk, Integrated Device Technology, Inc., SEEQ Technology, Inc., Intel Corporation and Atmel Corporation.

Mehrotra earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. He also holds several patents and has published articles in the area of non-volatile memory design and flash memory systems. Mehrotra currently serves on the board of directors of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA), Cavium Networks, the Engineering Advisory Board of the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council.

Judy Bruner has served as executive vice president of administration and chief financial officer since June 2004. She served as a member of SanDisk's board of directors from July 2002 to July 2004. Bruner has more than 30 years of financial management experience, including serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Palm, Inc. from September 1999 to June 2004.

Prior to Palm, Inc., Bruner held financial management positions with 3Com Corporation, Ridge Computers and Hewlett-Packard Company. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and her master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University. Bruner currently serves on the board of directors and the audit committee of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc.

Milo Azarmsa has served as senior vice president of finance since February 2008. He joined SanDisk in June 2005 as vice president of operations finance. Previously, Azarmsa was vice president of finance and controller for worldwide sales at Palm, Inc. Prior to that, he held financial and business development positions at Verifone, Pacific Telesis and VoiceCom Systems. Azarmsa earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Abadan Institute of Technology and his master's degree in business administration from the School of Business and Economics at California State University, Hayward.

Tom Baker has served as senior vice president of human resources since February 2008. He joined SanDisk in October 2005 as vice president of human resources. He has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Prior to joining SanDisk, Baker was vice president of human resources at Palm, Inc. He also held positions as director of human resources at TRW and Avery Dennison. Baker earned his bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and his master's degree in business administration from Syracuse University.

Manish Bhatia has served as senior vice president of worldwide operations since March 2012. Previously, he served as vice president of worldwide operations, vice president of the strategic program office and senior director of silicon procurement. He joined SanDisk in January 2006 through the acquisition of Matrix Semiconductor. Prior to Matrix, Bhatia held positions at McKinsey & Company and Saint Gobain Corporation. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master's degree in business administration from MIT's Sloan School of Management, which he attended as a Leaders for Manufacturing Fellow.

Jim Brelsford has served as chief legal officer and senior vice president of IP licensing since January 2010. He joined SanDisk in August 2007 as senior vice president and general counsel. Before joining SanDisk, he was executive vice president of business/corporate development, and prior to that, general counsel, at Hands-On-Mobile, Inc. Previously, Brelsford was a partner with Jones Day, Perkins Coie, and Steinhart & Falconer.

Brelsford earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Alaska and his juris doctor degree from the University of California, Davis. In 2010 Brelsford was named "Best General Counsel" (large, public company category) by the San Francisco Business Times/San Jose Business Journal.

Kevin Conley has served as senior vice president of solid state drives since January 2011. Previously, Conley was vice president of engineering at Corsair from 2009 to 2010. Conley worked for SanDisk from 1993 until 2009, holding positions as vice president of research and development for audio/video products, senior director of product system engineering and director of system engineering and product development. Prior to joining SanDisk, he worked as an engineer and an engineering manager in the hard disk drive industry. Conley is listed as the inventor or co-inventor on 50 patents in the area of non-volatile memory architecture and management. Conley earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and his master's degree in computer science and engineering from Santa Clara University.

Dan Inbar has served as senior vice president and general manager of OEM, as well as SanDisk's Israel country manager, since October 2010. Previously, he served as general manager of SanDisk's mobile and imaging vendor business. Inbar joined SanDisk in November 2006 through the acquisition of msystems Ltd. Prior to that, he held marketing and management positions at e-Mobilis, Top Image Systems Ltd. and NICE Systems Ltd. Inbar earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel and his master's degree in business administration from Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD).

Atsuyoshi Koike is senior vice president of technology and fab operations and president of SanDisk (Japan) Limited, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan. He joined SanDisk in August 2006 from Renesas Technology where he was a corporate chief engineer. Prior to that, Koike was president and chief executive officer of Trecenti Techologies, Inc. He also held various management positions at Hitachi Ltd. including general manager of the Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology Center. Koike earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in material science from Waseda University, Japan and his doctorate in electrical engineering from Tohoku University, Japan.

Shuki Nir has served as senior vice president and general manager of retail since January 2009. Previously, he served as general manager of SanDisk's consumer business. Nir joined SanDisk in November 2006 through the acquisition of msystems Ltd. Prior to that, he held sales and marketing positions at Destinator Ltd. and also co-founded and served as chief executive officer of MindEcho. Nir earned his bachelor's degree in law and accounting and his master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University.

Khandker Nazrul Quader has served as senior vice president of memory technology, design and product development since July 2008. He joined SanDisk in June 1995 and has held the roles of senior vice president of memory design and CAD, vice president of memory design, senior director of memory technology and design, director of memory design and senior design engineer. Prior to SanDisk, Quader held various engineering roles at IBM and Intel. He earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his master's degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and his doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Sumit Sadana has served as senior vice president and chief strategy officer since April 2010. Previously, he was president of Sunrise Capital. Prior to that, Sadana was senior vice president of strategy and business development as well as chief technology officer at Freescale Semiconductor. He started his career at IBM where he held several hardware design, software development, operations, strategic planning, business development and general management roles. Sadana earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and his master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. He is on the board of directors for The Miracle Foundation.
